Theta
Theta method.
Fields
-
theta: Float, default =0.5If $\theta=0$ the method is equivalent to forward Euler so
thetahas to be strictly larger than zero.If $\theta=1$ the method is equivalent to backward Euler.
If $\theta=0.5$ the method is equivalent to the mid-point implicit rule, which is 2nd-order accurate (default).
